NAINA JAIN has great passion for Yoga , PRANAYAM & Meditation. Naina has learned different styles of Yoga from the Traditional to the Fusion Yoga & the Restorative Yoga & many more. She uses a Scientific, therapeutic approach while teaching others. She has solved many physical & mental issues just by teaching the right breathing techniques (Pranayam).
Naina focuses on both Physical & Mental well-being of a person & also guides & inspires others towards a healthy lifestyle
